Why is my email stating that it is not valid?

When I try to send an email to [email protected], it is returned as rejected. Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

[email protected] ([email protected])
The email address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's email address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.
Also, when I begin to send an email to this account, it states that it will not be sent as it is not a valid email address.

Hello kcostanzo, Thank you for your question, I know it can be frustrating when an email is not being delivered successfully. I performed a Whois lookup, and I noticed your MX records are pointed to Microsoft. This tells the world that they handle all the email for the domain: grandinenergy.com. You can either setup the address where your MX record is currently pointed(Microsoft), or alternately: point your MX records to your shared IP, and create the email accounts with us. Since your nameservers are not pointed to us, you would have to have the people they are pointed to perform any DNS (MX) changes, or point to our nameservers, and we can modify the DNS. Also, keep in mind that anytime you modify the DNS it can take up to 24 hours to propagate. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul
