Thank you for your question, sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing the Builder. I looked into this issue, and see there was a problem when your Builder account was setup.
I was able to correct the issue, and have sent you a follow up email with the login credentials.
Here is a link to our guide on logging into the Builder. You can also change the password in AMP.
Also, keep in mind that there are over 280 additional programs available for free in Softaculous.
