How do I get the text control panel to appear at the top of the page in the Builder?

Directions show a panel at the top of the website builder that allows for changing text size, etc. I can't get this panel to appear.

Hello fkeller100, Thank you for your question. The Control panel for the Builder is available in Step 4 Edit, make sure you have selected a page from the Site map (on the top left) that is editable (for example Image Galleries don't have anything that can be edited). Also keep in mind that you cannot modify the font/size of the Theme Since it is built in. Anytime, you make changes to a page, the Save Changes button should be available. If neither of these options are available you may be having issues with your Browser: Internet Explorer 10 (IE10) has known issues with the Builder, but you can put it in Compatibility Mode, which lets it function. Also, I successfully confirmed that the control panel appears in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. If your issues persist, please reply with more information, such as the type of browser you are using, and the version. The Builder runs on a server that is separate from the cPanel, so it does not appear there. When you publish the site (Step 5), it pushes the website files into your account. Also, keep in mind there are over 280+ additional options included in your cPanel in Softaculous. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul
