Problem with support center communication.

Historically, whenever I sent a message to the support center I always received an acknowledgement email from you. Then, when you answered a question I again received an email form you. That has all stopped now. I receive nothing from you.
My cashe is empty, I delete all cookies and temp files each time I close my browser. I also verified that my Gmail is working fine.
Note: I receive ALL OTHER emails from In Motion. The only emails I don't receive are the support center messages.

It does look like there might be an issue with the email alerts, we're investigating as to why this might be and apologize for any inconvenience. Once we have things resolved we'll respond back to one of your questions to confirm that notifications are now going out once again.
