Error 406 - Not Acceptable when trying to access js file

I want to Acces js/jquery.cookie.js in my website and I get error:

An error has occurred. Generally a 406 error is caused because a request has been blocked by Mod Security. If you believe that your request has been blocked by mistake please contact the web site owner.

I can't see an option to disable mod_security from cPanel.

Hello opnchaudhary, I was unable to locate an account with the email address you've submitted this question under, so I couldn't fix this for you. You should be able to disable ModSecurity via the ModSec manager in cPanel if you're on a shared hosting account. Or you can find and disable specific ModSecurity rules if you're on a VPS or dedicated server with root access. Please let us know if you still had any further questions at all. - Jacob
