Host is blocked, can I unblock with mysqladmin flush-hosts ?
When I connect to database, i recieve error : "Host 48-174-132-95.pool.ukrtel.net is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with mysqladmin flush-hosts".
What does it mean? How decide this problem?

Since it does not seem you are connecting to our servers, I recommend contacting the Tech Support for the server you are connecting to. They may have to allow access for your specific user.
