I am unable to log into the server using the domain name or IP address. It just keep asking me for my username and password in Expression Web. In Filezilla, I get this error....
Response: 220 Microsoft FTP Service
Command: USER [email protected]
Response: 331 Password required for [email protected].
Command: PASS **********
Response: 530 User [email protected] cannot log in.
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

It used to work and then it stopped. What has changed?

Hello dgs331, Thank you for our question. I found a discussion of a similar issue on FileZilla's official support forum. As per this forum, " You often get 530 if your login data isn't accepted anymore by the server. " I saw you are connecting to a Windows server (Response:220 Microsoft FTP Service), I would check with your host to make sure you still have access to the server. Also, check your firewall settings to make sure it is not being blocked there. Since this domain name, and IP address do not resolve to our servers, you would have to contact your host. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul
