Cannot access mail using a specific ISP

we cant access mail on outlook if we use ISP A but it is possible with another ISP. our internet provider is unable to find a solution. I've told them about web filters or some of their DNS have dropped. please advice.

There are a few reasons why you may be able to access from one location but not another. Performing ping and traceroute tests will provide more information as to what may be going on. If you are unsure of how to read the results that are output by these commands, you may paste it within a comment to this or you can send it to [email protected] for more information. From the comment you posted, it also looks like you are trying to pull RSS feeds from Microsoft's site.
