Shipping mod not working & the Carriers option is not dropping down

Under Shipping along the top main config options the Shipping mod is not returning anything after being pressed and the Carriers mod is not even there to press now. I was trying to import the FedEx module and setup shipping which is way more difficult than it should be. Any help getting this restored would be greatly appreciated. Thank you - James

Hello Jstepp, Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the Shipping modules in PrestaShop. Probably the easiest way to get things back to normal is simply to request a restoration of your website. If you just had this problem, then you should request a backup restore as soon as possible. Click on that link and you'll see how to make that request in the Account Management Panel (AMP). The only other way would be to manually replace the sections of the installation that may been affected, or by simply re-installing Wordpress. I did try looking for anything regarding the modules, but I didn't see anything that immediately addresses the issue that you have reported. I hope this helps to answer your question!
