Incoming email is bounced back by Spamcop

Domain = hcicllc.com
One of my members is having email sent to @hcicllc.com addresses blocked by SpamCop. This needs to be stopped. can you help?

Spamcop is a widely used blacklist that filters mail for not only our servers, but many others across the world. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over what Spamcop has listed in their blacklist. The best option would be for them to contact their email provider for them to have it removed. Within the bounceback message they receive, they should also have further information on the Spamcop blacklist to request removal from them as well. Spamcop is very effective in filtering millions of spam emails and without it, you would be getting an extremely large amount of spam in your inbox every day.
