Is PrestaShop compatible with Macs

I will use my iMac to build my ecommerce website. Yesterday I started the process with another web hoster, but their software crashed several times. And only their basic web design software is Mac compatible. Will I have any problems using my iMac to build my site with your software?

Hello, and thanks for the question! We run Linux servers which are definitely compatible with Macs as they both share similar UNIX heritage. Software like PrestaShop can be installed on your account using the automatic Softaculous installer, and once it is installed onto your hosting account, the operating system that you access the PrestaShop software from doesn't matter. This is because you'd simply be accessing your PrestaShop admin dashboard from your web-browser on your computer, and the software itself runs on our server so doesn't need to be directly compatible with your own computer.
