Can't set up Dreamweaver CS5 to publish site

I have followed your tutorial here: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/dreamweaver/dreamweaver-cs5-how-to-configure-server-settings

for setting up DW but can't establish a connection. I wonder if a support agent can share my screen with me to help me set this up? I've also tried creating another FTP account in cPanel but that doesn't seem to work either.
