How Do I Transfer My Domain Registration with My Free Domain Credit?

I tried to transfer a domain using my one free transfer. The transfer didn't go thru. Now when I try to resubmit the transfer, InMotion is trying to charge me the transfer fee. It's acting as though I'm transferring a second domain.

Hello, It sounds like there was a problem with your original domain registration transfer, as it should have reset your credit when it failed.
