Cannot log into WHM using cPanel credentials

Hello, i am unable to access the WHM with my cPanel username and password.

Your WHM password should be the same as your cPanel password. If you are able to access your cPanel, but not WHM using the same username and password, our Technical Support team may need to take a further look at your account. If you contact Technical Support, they will be able to resolve the issue for you.
