Webserver and ftp not synced

I've noticed recently our webhost account is not showing files changes made by ftp on the web side.

I've uploaded this file through ftp
http://koukanstation.com/css/edit.png

But it doesn't show through web access (says it doesn't exist).
The file also will not show in the account control panel - file manager.

Hello Gacktsan, Sorry to hear that you're having problems with uploading files. The reason you are not seeing the file and you're getting 404 Errors is because you're uploading the file to a DIFFERENT server. The server you are using is not the server that is actually serving the site. You can find your server information by looking at your account's technical information in AMP. Use the information there and then re-publish the files to the proper location. You may need to re-upload the files using the .technical information
