Restore table in my database

Help me!!!!
I can't restore table in my database.
My site is : booksonline.com.ua
Table in database is 'book_text'.
I give you additional information.
And after I enter to phpMyAdmin and click to restore table, phpMyAdmin loading 10 hours yet.

However, if you are having an issue with it, then it would need to be done by the Systems team. If the file is larger than 50 MB, then it will need to be done through the live support team. You can reach the systems/live support team by sending a verified email to [email protected]. Email support requests are verified with either the last 4 digits of the credit card or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
