How do I change the default page for new accounts, suspensions, etc on my VPS-1000 server?

How do I change the default page for new accounts, suspensions, etc on my VPS-1000 server?  For instance the page suspension has text about inmotion hosting and nothing whatsoever about my business, my number, my email, etc.  I don't see how you guys can even help anyone who I have suspended so I need to change all of these default pages so I can deal with my web development clients' hosting myself.

Thank you for contacting about updating the default pages on a VPS. We do recommend customizing these pages. The Placeholder and Suspended pages can be edited in WHM via the Web Template Editor.
