I cannot access archived emails

Round cube is archiving my inbox emails, when I click on them I can't access them.
How can I retrieve archived emails? We can see sent emails but not the inbox archived emails.

Hello, Thank you for your question today. By default, our RoundCube installations do not have the archive plugin installed, so 'archiving' by that definition is not possible. Did you mean that you are not able to access emails you have placed in other folders for your email account? This should function quite normally. If this is the case, you will need individual assistance as this is not normal behavior for our servers. As I have no information to be able to check your individual account, I am unable to troubleshoot it.
