Cannot log into Joomla 2.5 back end - but CAN for front end.

I am getting ready to update to Joomla 3.x from 2.5. I have been cleaning the content and components that I do not use. I am afraid I might have turned off a plugin that is disallowing me to log into the back end.

Can you help?
