We have email auto-responders setup on an account. Emails sent to that account get the following bounce back. How can we solve?

(I have changed the domain name)

From: Mail Delivery System [mailto:Mailer-Daemon@ld125.inmotionhosting.com]
Sent: 24 January 2014 03:12
To: dspence@ourdomain.com
Subject: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

pipe to |/usr/local/cpanel/bin/autorespond nblacklock@ourdomain.com
/home/purepr7/.autorespond
generated by nblacklock@ourdomain.com

The following text was generated during the delivery attempt:

It looks like you had some permissions issues within your account. I have corrected your permissions within your account and it has resolved your issues. In the future, you may also use our bounceback parser tool to analyze any bounceback messages, as well as open a ticket directly with our technical support team directly from within the tool.
