Virtuemart 2 payment & Shipment method is empty

I'm using joomla 2.5.14, and virtue mart 2.0.26d (last version), PHP 5.3.22
Your step by step virtuemart installation guide was very helpful
but when I want to choose a payment method,the page is empty.I have installed all in one package
and published all "vpayment" plug ins.but nothing seems to work properly.
I rally appreciate your help.
