Hello, and thank you for your question. If you do not yet have your domain name pointed to our name servers, as you've seen you won't be able to access the site on our server using your domain name. You would want to either modify your hosts file to directly force your computer to resolve your domain name to your shared IP address. Or you could also test your website using the temporary URL. However you will typically have issues with WordPress over the temporary URLs due to the Rewrite rules that it uses, so I'd recommend the first method.
