If you are using the Softaculous installer you should see an option to "overwrite" existing files. where is "overwrite" option?

Thank you for contacting us about WP upload errors. When installing WordPress in Softaculous, you usually get this error when files with this name already exist. Softaculous should give you the option to overwrite the files. If not, you can delete them manually, or move them to another location if you still need them.
