Auto update for Instagram

How do get the Instagram WP plug in to auto update? I'm new and can not figure out what file I'm support to put where on my host to make this auto update when I add new pics. I'm clicking all over the place and can't find the instructions! Help!

Hello Adamvy,

Sorry for the issue with the plugin.  I did some digging and though I'm not sure which plugin you're using (there are a bunch of Instagram ones) - I did manage to find an Instagram plugin for WordPress that updates your feed - Smash Balloon. The only problem is that it is NOT free.  There may be others out there, but this particular one actually states in their description that you can just update your Instagram feed and the website will be updated.

Hello, Thanks for the question. WordPress plugins generally do NOT auto-upgrade. You would typically need to login to the Wordpress administrator, scroll down to the plugins section and then select the plugin that you want to update. You'll see a numbered alert in the WordPress Admin dashboard indicating when an upgrade is available. I hope this helps to answer your question!
