removing hacker files from my domain

My site was hacked some time ago while on your server. I want the hacker's spam files off but deleting them through my FTP does not do the trick. I have limited technical skills so need to contact you for assistance. Thanks.

Hello, Thank you for your question. You will want to contact our Support department directly so they can handle any account specific tasks you may need. They should be able to identify and remove any obvious spam or hack files for you. Alternatively, the problem you are having in removing them may be permission based. You can log into the File Manager and change permissions of the files from within the cPanel. Kindest Regards, Scott M
