link from sub domain to main site and return to sub domain

I have some sub domains and I would like to have a link from the sub domain to some pages on the main site and then return to the sub domain that the user left. I would like to do this because I have many documents that are updated frequently and I would like to avoid having to duplicate and update them on all the sub domains to keep all documents current.

Your question is a bit unclear, but it sounds you like you're just trying to create links on various pages. To do so, just create a new link to the desired page using HTML or via whatever CMS you may be using.
