User Access Permissions problem from joomla 3.2 website administrator

I have access permissions problem in my website. So i am not able to make any changes from joomla administrator. Please help me.

All files should be set to 644 and folders set to 755 within your Joomla installation. You can easily edit these permissions using the cPanel File Manager.
