cannot disable mod_security and problems with prestashop

I cannot disable mod_security for my domain via cPanel, i get this error message: Error disabling mod_security

Also, when I log in to the back office of prestashop, whenever I change an option and click save I get taken back to the log in screen.

If you are having issues with disabling mod_security you will want to contact our Live support team so they can take a look at your individual account to see what the issue may be. This may resolve the PrestaShop issue, but if it does not we are happy to assist you with that issue here.
