How Do I Embed a PDF File into My Website?

I want to have a form in a pdf file that people cna print off and send in. Or is it possible to have them fill it out right online and submit it to me through email or the website?

It wouldn't be possible with it still being in a PDF format, but you could create the form directly on your site which would email you the information. Take a look at our article on creating a PHP contact form for more information on doing so.
