Attempting to transfer hosting of our current website. It's been redirected on August 7th. What is BoldGrid and why do I have that installed? We asked for a back-up and migration of current WordPress site.

Name servers have been changed succesfully.  We just want to change the hosting, not create a new website.  Our current plan included migration transfer and back-ups.  Can't find anything now.  It appears a backup was made, how to I install it?
