How Do I Restore My PrestaShop Access?

I tried to upgrade from an old version of PrestaShop to the new 1.6 version. My products did not transfer over so I had to convert back to the old version. Now I am getting an error " access deny." Now I cannot see any dashboard information .

Hello, and sorry for the issues. I'm sorry to see you are experiencing access issues after restoring your Prestashop site. Unfortunately because this question has been submitted anonymously we don't have any way to see what might be causing your access to be denied. I'd recommend that you submit a ticket about this issue so that your account information is passed along to our support team and so they can either restore a backup from our backup system, or look on the server to see if any specific errors are coming up.
