My bing yahoo coupon expires December 31, 2012. how to get the latest coupon and does it only applicable in certain countries? like google adword coupon only applicable in US address

If you contact technical support, they will be happy to issue you a new Bing voucher. I do believe that they are only available to specific countries, however, Bing is the only one who can appropriately determine if you will be able to use it.
