I need to find out who is accessing my account?

There must be another user I am not aware of,, they keep taking down the website???

Hello colin,

Thank you for contacting us regarding someone accessing your site. I first recommend rotating all passwords related to your cPanel and AMP, here are some helpful guides:

  1. Change AMP Password
  2. Change cPanel Password

If you use a CMS (such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal) be sure to update passwords for any Admin accounts and remove any unneeded users.

Also, if you have unneeded remote database users, you should remove their privileges or the user from the database if possible.

You can check your cPanel logs to see who is accessing your account.
