where do we find libmemcached

inside the server we are seeking the following libmemcached, libevent,
libevent-devel

Hello LawrenceTee, and thanks for your question. If you have root access on a VPS or dedicated server, you can find these in yum repository with the following commands: 
yum install libmemcached
yum install libevent
yum install libevent-devel
If you don't have root access and would like for us to install these for you, please submit a ticket and request for these to be installed for you. - Jacob
