why my website is not accessible? Even a simple test.html?

I upload my joomla 3 website and import the database, why my website is not accessible when I type in shared IP address in my browser? Even if I upload a simple test.html, it is not accessible as well? if the shared IP address on left of the c-panel is wrong?

Hello, Thee shared IP address listed in your cPanel should be correct, however you cannot access the site by only using the IP address. You would also need to use the cPanel username. For example, if your IP address is 123.123.123.123 and your cPanel username is userna5, you should be able to see your site by typing in http://123.123.123.123/~userna5. Note the tilde ~ before the username, this is also important. Kindest Regards, Scott M
