How to change path to image file in prestashop

I need to change the file path to image files on my Prestashop page to fix ssl insecure errors. I've tried file manager, but can't seem to get the right edit mode: html, codedit,, etc. Won't let me make changes... all i get is mostly question marks in the code. I can only delete. Someone suggested changing the https://russellcreations.net to /support/ to make it a relative file path, but can't get to the file where it reads this way....
