From field in emails is blank
When users are sending emails from Outlook (thomasjmurraylaw.com account) to a specific user (Janet Raifsnider [email protected]) she gets some of them without a name or address in the From field. It does not always happen but is only happening with Janet and happens when multiple users send her an email. I have recreated Janet's Outlook profile, recreated her Windows profile and tried recreating the other user's profiles. This is only happening when she receives an email from a thomasjmurraylaw.com address. They are hosted through InMotion. Please reply back to me at [email protected] so I can get your responses.
