web page will not load

I tried to update WordPress and instead, the website now will not load. Fatal error: Cannot redeclare has_shortcode() (previously declared in /home/seaisl5/public_html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php:157) in /home/seaisl5/public_html/wp-content/themes/accende/lib/functions-theme.php on line 879

Hello SeaIslandHabitat, Thank you for your question. This error is usually caused by your theme, there are many posts regarding this in the Wordpress support forums. Disabling your current theme, should cause your site to revert the the default them, and allow you to regain access. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
