I cannot send emails from my Microsoft Outlook account.

I can receive emails, but any time I try to send emails, they fail to send. When I try to configure the email server settings, it says that there is a problem connecting to the server. What should I do to fix this?

Hello, It is most likely something in your SMTP settings since it is affecting outgoing mail only. A quick search through our Support Center gives you an article about this very topic. If after checking that out you are still unsure of which setting(s) may be causing an issue, you will want to contact our Live Support team so they can go over them with you and advise what you will need.
