PrestaShop Error lastname and firstname required

In my prestashop, when a customer goes to check out and they start the registration process. The first page with name and email etc works fine. Then the second page asks for their address and phone number etc. When they click next I get an error that lastname and firstname are required. Those fields do not exist on this page and I can't get past it.

Has anyone else has this before?

Hello Guildernet, Thank you for your question. I have not seen this issue before, and could not find a solution through Google search. We are happy to help, but will need some additional information. Can you provide the full error message? Turning on Error Reporting in PrestaShop, may provide a additional error information. What was the last thing that was changed before this started happening? Are you using any 3rd party Modules, or Themes? Which ones? What version of PrestaShop are you using? If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul
