Our website and subsequently our email is down. Can you guys check on this and see if it can be fixed?

Hello, I am sorry to hear about your site being down. The issue is that there is an emergency on the server and it needed an immediate file system recovery. We posted an announcement about it in our News section, which is visible in the upper right corner of the Support Center. You can check there for any updates as the procedure is performed.
