softaculous clone does not clone a "good" site but does another "good"

softaculous clone does not clone a "good" site but does another "good" in my softaculous Application Installs. the error i get is "Cannot Establish Connection tot he Database" on the cloned to site. the IMH tech looked and said the database is not being populated. i tried to clone another site in my account and it worked. have you run into this? are there any tools for me to use in diagnosis? thanks! ps why no Softaculous category?

Does the database for the site you are cloning exist and is fully populated? Once you click on the Clone button, the database name of the site you are trying to clone will be listed. Take note of this name and go back to PHPMyAdmin and ensure that the information is within that database.
