Hello, Thank you for your question. We are happy to help, but will need some more information. When/where are you getting this error? During installation? If so, how are you installing Moodle? Are you installing Moodle from Softaculous, or doing a manual Moodle installation? If you are manually installing Moodle, I recommend checking to make sure you created the database correctly, and the database user was setup and given permission to access the database.
