Reseller - bandwidth and disk space overrage emails?

I am a reseller.

All I want are notifications of bandwidth and disk space usage when one of my reseller accounts reaches 75% and 90% of their quotas.

Is this possible? If so, how do I set it up.

Hello, Thank you for your question. The alerts within WHM you're referring to are under Contact Manager. This feature is NOT included with reseller accounts. You can see on this page that there are not actually alerts for bandwidth / diskspace here, so it wouldn't help even it was enabled. As a reseller, you can subscribe to the default notifications for Bandwidth and Disk Space in the individual cPanel:
  1. Login to cPanel.
  2. Click Update Contact Info in the Preferences section.
  3. Enter the email addresses you want the notifications sent to (you can add 2).
  4. Check the boxes for: Send notifications to your contact email address when you are reaching your disk quota, and Send notifications to your contact email address when you are reaching your bandwidth usage limit..
You will now be notified by email when the cPanel account is reaching the default limits, which are as follows: Bandwidth: 80% Account system disk usage “warn” percentage: 82.55% If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul
