Mail rejected as spam due to compromised website on same IP address

I am having mail that I send rejected by Spamhaus as it says that the website Francisproperties.com has been hacked. Are you able to rectify this so that I can again send email through my mail server? I have had this happen numerous times with certain recipients and it is very frustrating.

Unfortunately, in a shared hosting setting, you can be affected by the activity of other users. Find out more about why a mailserver can get blacklisted. Since this is just our public forums, I cannot rectify the problem from here. Please forward your returned/bounced email to [email protected], which will create a ticket with live Tech Support.
