Hello, Chat software is not something one person can simply advise to another. The reason being is that they all have different features and you will want to choose the best one for your needs. Also, we only have experience using the enterprise level chats that have huge licensing fees. These are a bit different than ones that will run on a website. Also, chat software is not good for shared accounts, it typically will cause suspensions due to the CPU usage it takes up. If you want to use chat software, you will want to be sure you are on a VPS or Dedicated server plan. Kindest Regards, Scott M
