Hello,
Yes, the builder can be activated for the main reseller as well as the separate client accounts. After the main builder account, each subsequent account will be charged to you and you can then charge your clients as needed.
To set this up, you will need to submit the request to our Support Team as they are the ones that will be setting up the individual accounts for you.
