I've looked through similar topics on this and other forums but I havent been able to figure it out yet.

I'm trying to connect to this server using filezilla.
FTP Server : ftp.acidicity.com/203.117.178.8
FTP Login ID : acidicity.com
Password : *****

Details are provided by the client. But I'm unable to connect. I've tried many combinations.

Please help I can connect to other websites. So I dont know where the problem is.

Regards,
TD

Hello, Thank you for your FTP question regarding Critical error: Could not connect to server. I found a forum post in FileZilla's forum, where they suggest:
  • Check your username and password, and make sure they are correct
  • Check your server for issues.
Since your domain is not hosted with us, I could not review the FTP log. I recommend contacting your host for this assistance. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul
