New Sub Domain Not Working

Hello,
I have created a new sub domain since last 2 days, but it still not working. It says "Server not found."
Please advice.

Hello, Without a domain name to check on, I can only make an assumption. That error means that the domain name has no public DNS records. Also, subdomain is part of a regular domain. For example, if you have example.com as your main domain, as subdomain may be something line forum.example.com. Is that what you mean? Those are simply created in the cPanel and should work almost immediately. If not, you may want to contact your hosting support to see if there is something going wrong on their server. I do not see an account with us using your email address, but if you are a customer, feel free to contact our Live Support team. Kindest Regards, Scott M
