"Pickup from Store" Shipping option not showing on Checkout

I installed and enabled the OpenCart "Pickup from Store" shipping module and configured it on my website http://www.evolutionsportsrivals.com However, the option is not showing at checkout. Is there something else I need to do to have this option show?

Also, is there a way to customize the prompt that appears, like show the pickup location?

Thank you Scott,
That led me in the right direction. By changing the GeoZone, the "Pickup from Store" option magically appeared!

Could you clarify the specific extension that you are referring to? It appears that there are several extensions that match what you are describing.
